Psycho Bunny is seeking a Store Manager for Woodfield Mall, on-site, to lead a high-energy retail team and drive sales profitability. This role reports to the District Store Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee daily store operations, implement visual directives, and manage staff performance, scheduling, and training to achieve KPIs and budget targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer-focused selling culture.
