You will lead a team to drive sales, maintain brand standards, and execute store initiatives while ensuring a premier guest experience across in-store and omnichannel channels. The role requires 5+ years of store management experience, flexibility in scheduling, and strong communication skills to foster a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and People Management: create an inclusive team environment, establish a vision for the store, and cascade initiatives to the team.
• Working With Others: build relationships, develop team members, and ensure collaborative operations to hit goals.
• Guest Experience: analyze customer profiles and buying trends to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support omnichannel programs.
• Operations: ensure visual standards, plan store strategy and budget, and manage store P&L in line with sales targets.
