Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure outstanding guest experiences. A multi-week store leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Located in Maryland, this role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed, with a path to growth within the Panda Restaurant Group family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
