Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Manager and Customer Service Representatives.
• Recruits, hires and trains positive employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintains store image, organization and stocking according to Company standards.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and store performance.
• Implements personnel practices and safety awareness; mentors staff on cash handling and loss prevention.
