Job summary

You will drive sales by maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers and enforcing company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years of retail work experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for CSR, LSR and SA duties.
• Strong English communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and recruit/train staff.
• Develop, plan and assign tasks to ensure clean, stocked, and well-kept store.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to boost profits and manage cash.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with company standards.
