The Store Manager will own the customer journey, manage schedules, and implement strategies to foster community connections and excellent store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in retail management, with 2+ years as Store Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage payroll.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy to prioritize customer-centered culture.
• Hire, develop and coach a retail team to deliver customer-centric experiences.
• Own store financials, payroll and scheduling, and sales goals.
• Lead by example with clear expectations and feedback.
• Use store reports to create action plans improving metrics.
