Job summary

Chico's in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer experiences reflecting our hospitality culture. You will guide daily operations, coach associates, and ensure alignment with brand priorities while maintaining a welcoming, personalized environment for customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
