Chico's in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, deliver a welcoming customer experience, and drive store performance consistent with our hospitality culture.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff; manage payroll and schedules; and analyze store reporting to improve metrics while ensuring brand standards. This full-time role requires 5+ years in retail management, including 2 in a Store Manager position, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 years in Store Manager role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and initiative.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive results through reporting analysis and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for customer-centered culture and operational excellence.
