Job summary

Save A Lot is seeking a Store Manager in Maple Heights, OH to lead a designated retail location. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and a high-quality shopping experience while developing a strong store team.

You will recruit, train, motivate, and coach staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and all regulations. The role requires prioritizing customer service, safety, and operational excellence daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Effective oral and written communications.
• Leadership and/or Management Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to store team members on tasks, duties and performance standards.
• Creates a positive, safe, and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Recruits and develops team members with the skills to meet role requirements and company standards.
• Trains and mentors staff to enable today’s performance and future growth.
• Communicates across stakeholders including District Managers and Regional Directors.
• Ensures store operations align with company standards to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintains daily store conditions, including produce and center store operations and compliance with policies.
• Manages inventory levels and ensures quality, freshness and proper rotation.
• Addresses policies, cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention procedures.
• Obtains Food Safety Certification as required.
