We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our Chandler, AZ store, driving sales targets, talent development, and outstanding customer service in the mall. You’ll recruit and develop a passionate team, set priorities, monitor operations, and analyze data to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting and operations skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED; degree welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales plans and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop and retain a collaborative team.
• Engage customers and drive brand buzz via social media and clienteling.
• Maintain an operationally sound store with structure and delegation.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules and external factors.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership.
• Run sales reports and use data to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos.
• Mentor staff and provide recognition and feedback.
