Formación

• 1–2 years of store management experience leading teams.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
• Able to manage payroll, scheduling, merchandising and reporting.
• High school diploma or GED required, degree a plus.

• Achieve store sales plan and goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Lead customer engagement via stores, social media, and clienteling.
• Maintain operational excellence with structure, delegation, and autonomy.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise store and launch promos on time.
• Mentor and recognize team members to build bench strength.
