BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in Flagstaff, AZ. You will drive sales, manage recruitment and development, and ensure outstanding customer service in a mall setting.

You’ll balance operational rigor with a customer-first selling approach, while mentoring staff and using data to inform strategies. As a store leader, you’ll coordinate promotions, planograms, and staffing to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting and operations skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED.

• Hit sales plans and comp store goals.
• Recruit, develop and retain a collaborative team.
• Lead customer engagement through social channels and clienteling.
• Maintain operational discipline: payroll, schedules, inventory and shrink control.
