Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. in Fremont, OH is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Fremont location. You will drive customer service, sales and store operations, while modeling the brand's standards.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, creating schedules, managing inventory, executing promotions, and ensuring stockroom efficiency. Travel up to 25% may be required. You will monitor KPI goals, train associates on product knowledge, and maintain a friendly, clean store

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior management or supervisory experience; 1 year retail experience required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Able to operate company computer systems.
• Availability across hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
• Create monthly schedules to ensure balanced staffing for all shifts.
• Oversee merchandise processing and stockroom organization.
• Execute SHOE SHOW, INC. strategies, promotions, and directives in a timely manner.
• Lead bi-annual inventories.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
