Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• 2 of those years in a Store Manager role.
• 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and initiative.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve sales goals.
