Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff as described in CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees and coordinates daily tasks.
• Maintains store image, stock, cleanliness and merchandising per Company standards.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedules staff and manages cash, inventory control and safety procedures.
• Handles customer complaints professionally and resolves issues promptly.
