Casey’s Store Manager role oversees all aspects of operating a Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. You will hire, train, and supervise Team Members, coaching them to succeed within Casey's CARES values.

This on-site leadership position offers a customizable career path within a Fortune 400 company, a starting pay range of $50,000–$59,800, and eligibility for quarterly and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships and community ties.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members; coach and mentor your team.
• Model Casey's CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours, events, and high-traffic times; keep scheduling updated.
