Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Kiawah Island store, driving exceptional guest experiences, merchandising excellence, and team development. You will own hiring, coaching and performance, while shaping store operations to meet company goals and values.

As a leader on the floor, you will translate strategic priorities into team actions, manage inventory and budget, and collaborate with community partners to grow the brand locally.

Qualifications

1 year people management experience including recruiting and performance management.
1 year managing store operations and labor planning.
Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
Experience in budgeting, inventory, and P&L basics.

Responsibilities

Lead a store team to deliver world‑class guest experience.
Hire, develop and coach store staff to meet goals.
Own store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
Plan quarterly and seasonal store strategy, budgeting and labor.
Manage P&L and drive sales targets.
