You will hire and develop a diverse team, set a vision, and ensure execution of company directives across people, product, and community initiatives. The role requires 1 year of people-management and store-operations experience, with on-site work and a focus on belonging, safety, and performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year managing business operations and labor, including scheduling
• Retail scheduling and labor-hour management experience
• Education assets include high school diploma or GED, or bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an inclusive team environment and culture
• Establish a store vision based on key metrics and cascade to team
• Lead store hiring to build a diverse team
• Provide feedback, coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Lead guest experience on the floor and coach staff to close gaps
• Direct in-store team to ensure optimal guest experience and operations
• Plan and execute local community initiatives to increase brand awareness
• Drive store merchandising, product strategy, and inventory management
• Manage store P&L and quarterly/seasonal planning
• Oversee leadership team and hiring/termination decisions
