Responsibilities include training, hiring, and developing talent, maintaining compliance with procedures, and delivering strong sales performance while fostering a positive, engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, leading teams.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and report to Area/District Manager.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values.
• Ensure store execution, service, merchandising, procedures, and sales.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store's membership program.
• Oversee operations and develop store employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and giving feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; conduct performance evals.
• Manage cash-handling and ensure SOP adherence; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Liaise with HR regarding employee performance and relations.
