• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management during hiring and counseling.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers; resolve complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive image within the community.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals with constructive feedback.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and marketing.
• Train on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication with all employees.
• Hold regular meetings with staff and Market Manager.
• Develop action plans to reach site objectives.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Manage reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Post employment posters in accessible places.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L; manage margins.
• Safeguard and account for all money received and disbursed.
• Perform other financial analysis to maximize profits.
