Holiday Stationstores Inc. in Andover, MN is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead the site, recruit and train staff, and maintain the store image and customer service standards.

You will schedule employees, manage inventory and reports, handle safety procedures, and build strong relationships with suppliers while promoting a safe, positive image in the community. A valid driver’s license and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform duties and work conditions described.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure a clean, stocked site following Company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervise.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with all site employees and Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage P&L where applicable.
