Qualifications

• Computer literacy to analyze reports, inventory, and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan, organize and maintain the site to be clean, stocked, and well kept per company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and supervision.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure timely and clear communications with all staff and managers.
• Organize site files and reports, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Monitor daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
