Job summary

Holiday Stationstores Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will recruit, hire and train employees, schedule shifts to maximize service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked site that reflects company standards and a professional image. You will analyze daily sales and expenses, manage inventory and cash handling, and foster a safe, welcoming community presence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to bank/meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
