Circle K in Dickinson, ND seeks a full-time Site Manager to lead daily operations at Northern Tier BU - Region 05 - Market 09: 231 Museum Drive. The role requires driving responsibilities and strong leadership to ensure top-tier customer service.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage inventory and cash controls, and uphold company standards. A valid driver's license and solid English communication are required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and work conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer at site, including reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
