Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule staff to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing for all employees.
• Organize site files and ensure timely reporting of required reports.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to company policies.
