Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience for the PINK brand, ensuring compelling product presentation and selling behaviors aligned with brand guidance. This role reports to Store leadership and influences the store team to elevate top-line performance.

The role requires coaching direct reports, interviewing/hiring decisions, and managing standards alongside Store Manager, in a higher-volume store environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Specifically, the PINK Manager owns: Visual execution, product storytelling, category-level insights, sales floor and fitting room standards, talent lifecycle, direct reports, leadership with Store Manager.
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
• Store Leadership Expectations include leading with company values, coaching, labor management, visual merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration.
