Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores as needed
• Travel between locations is required, flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team and report to the Area/District Manager.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, delivering outstanding service and driving sales.
• Promote the membership program to foster customer loyalty and retention.
• Oversee store operations, manage labor, inventory, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talent; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to SOPs; maintain a safe store environment.
