• Oversee store operations and overall performance to develop staff.
• Meet sales goals through training, mentoring, and feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with career paths.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and adhere to SOPs.
• Collaborate with HR on employee performance and relations.
• Oversee scheduling, cleanliness, and store organization.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Drive growth through strategic planning and store presence.
