Job summary

Buff City Soap is seeking a Store Manager in Ankeny, IA to lead daily makery operations and deliver Buff City experiences to customers. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, train teammates, and ensure cleanliness and safety while upholding brand standards.

You will drive sales, monitor inventory, handle customer concerns, and coach performance to meet goals. Prior management and sales experience is essential; college degree is optional.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong problem solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Team building skills and ability to prioritize and delegate.
