Buff City Soap is seeking a Store Manager in Ankeny, IA to lead daily store operations and a team of associates. You will supervise staffing, training, and scheduling while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive sales and maintain store cleanliness and safety. This is a full-time on-site management position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
