Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to uphold daily retail operations, maximize sales and profitability through merchandising, expense and inventory management, and training of the store team.

You will recruit and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, ensure policy compliance, monitor customer service, and drive safety and standards across multiple locations within the district.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong command of the English language and solid interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically, plan and organize, with good time management and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and performance of store staff.
• Analyze business trends to maximize revenues and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, select, train and develop store personnel.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for all staff.
• Manage expenses and inventory to meet budget.
