Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location in a fast-paced environment. You will be in charge of hiring, coaching and directing associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and opportunities for growth into management positions within Panda Express. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this leadership role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified food safety credential is required.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership and training to store team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, drive performance, and mentor staff through an 8+ week leadership training program.
