Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store, driving financial results and an outstanding guest experience. You’ll hire, coach, and direct associates to ensure a smooth operation and top service standards.

In addition, Panda Express provides an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, along with ongoing development opportunities and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and managing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
