Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• You will lead and develop team members through training and mentorship.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences and adherence to food safety and operational standards.
• Provide leadership, accountability, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
