Qualifications

• Ability to travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, including assistant managers, shift leads, and sales associates.
• Promote MINISO mission and values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, SOPs, and sales performance.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee store operations and performance to develop staff and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with career development paths.
• Maintain store standards and manage expenses while driving profitability.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.
• Liaise with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Operate computers and printers, manage schedules, and keep store organized.
• Maintain inviting store environment and ensure visual displays align with guidelines.
• Drive growth through strategic planning to increase traffic and sales.
