The Container Store is seeking a Store Manager in Glendale, AZ to lead daily store execution with a focus on sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach staff, manage payroll and staffing, and drive performance while ensuring a safe, visually compelling, and customer-centric store environment.

You will partner with the General Manager to translate strategy into action, optimize planning, and guide the team toward delivering outstanding results and experiences for customers.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience with emphasis on team development and operational execution.
• Proven ability to coach, lead, and drive performance with accountability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute store strategy with General Manager to boost sales, service, and operations.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
• Assist labor planning and scheduling; manage payroll reporting and staffing needs.
• Analyze store data to identify gaps and drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Lead visual merchandising to align with brand guidelines and enhance presentation.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, inventory, and backroom organization.
