R301US Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Jackson, TN (Old Hickory Mall) to lead store sales and oversee daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on customer service, and the ability to drive profitability across all departments.

The Store Manager will supervise staff, manage payroll, coach a team of associates, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager to implement company policies and growth initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and sales goals.
• Manage and control store assets.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts in the store.
• Train and mentor store associates in sales strategies and skills.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Direct staff to complete responsibilities and standards in each department.
• Mentor a team of Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, discipline, and evaluation.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Maintain store security and asset protection.
• Communicate inventory movement to District Sales Manager.
• Drive inventory goals and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on customer trends and local opportunities.
• Provide extraordinary customer service as per the manual.
