The role reports to the District Sales Manager and requires a strong background in managing sales teams, retail experience, and excellent communication skills. This is an on-site, non-exempt position with hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated business acumen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focused on company growth.
• Manage and control assets by overseeing the designated store.
• Directs and oversees entire sales efforts in the store.
• Train and mentor store associates in sales strategies and skills.
• Monitor store aspects including sales statistics, inventory and expenses.
• Consult with District Sales Manager on policies, goals, and procedures.
• Direct staff to ensure all department responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Mentor and cultivate a team of sales associates, assistants, and managers in training.
• Carry out recruiting, hiring, training, discipline, and evaluation.
• Manage store payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Maintain store security and asset protection.
• Partner with Asset Protection to prevent theft and shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement with District Sales Manager.
• Drive inventory goals and strategies; implement marketing and advertising plans.
• Stay aware of customer trends and community events to leverage opportunities.
• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in official manuals.
