Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service.
• 3+ years in management.

• Ability to solve problems and juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals across all departments.
• Manage and protect store assets and inventory.
• Direct and oversee all store sales efforts and ensure policy compliance.
• Train and mentor sales associates, assistants, and managers in training.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain store security and partner with Asset Protection to prevent theft.
• Communicate with District Sales Manager and implement marketing plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer trends and opportunities.
