Job summary

Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy showroom, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will set daily and weekly goals, supervise coworkers, approve rental agreements, and monitor results.

Minimum requirements include 3–5 years in retail management, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, computer literacy, and a valid driver's license for company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record – you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities and oversee coworkers' sales efforts.
• Account Management: Oversee collections activities and follow up on accounts requiring manager intervention.
• Leadership: Manage store resources to achieve profitability and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coworker Management: Train, schedule, recruit, and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
