Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations at our Kentucky location. You will drive sales, maintain store presentation, and manage inventory while supervising associates and ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with several years in retail; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. You will lead safety, pricing accuracy, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen the store’s performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a high school education or GED and four years of retail store experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enables the store to meet sales and profit goals, and respond to customer demands.
• Communicates effectively with customers and associates; motivates, empowers, and develops the team.
• Maintains store conditions, presentation, inventory, and safety compliance.
