Responsibilities

• Complete the Management Training Program.
• Hire and train an Assistant Manager with District Manager approval.
• Train other store personnel with Assistant Manager and District Manager input.
• Coordinate with District Manager on personnel or operational issues.
• Control inventory shrinkage within targets and report variances.
• Maintain Shrink Check Test score above 80 and enforce safety policies.
• Maintain relationships with local law enforcement for security matters.
