Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers and provide excellent service.
• Complete the Management Training Program.
• Recruit and train an Assistant Manager with District Manager approval.
• Hire and train store personnel with assistance of Assistant Manager and District Manager.
• Coordinate with District Manager on personnel or operational issues.
• Control inventory shrinkage to within 2.5% of annual sales; action if over 3.5%.
• Maintain Shrink Check Test score of 80 or above and address below-80 scores.
• Enforce Company Safety Policies and relationships with local law enforcement.
• Prepare weekly schedules and operate within payroll budget with Assistant Manager.
• Assign duties and train employees per company procedures.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures by all employees.
• Transmit payroll information accurately and timely.
• Maintain in-stock inventory and seasonal distributions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organized displays and stock rooms.
