Job summary

Roses Discount Stor is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a high-volume retail location in Georgia. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and profits while adhering to company policies and procedures.

The role requires leadership to train and manage staff, control shrinkage, and maintain strong customer relations. The position requires 3+ years in store management, excellent English communication, and the ability to plan, coach and lead a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in store management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers, providing good service and all possible assistance.
• Train and supervise store personnel, including the Assistant Manager.
• Control inventory shrinkage within policy and maintain Shrink Check Test score.
• Handle payroll budgeting and reporting as directed by District Manager.
• Maintain store operating hours and ensure compliance with company policies.
