Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to build and manage high-performing sales teams at our Texas stores. You will recruit, train, and guide staff while driving store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 year supervisory experience in retail.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching and counseling.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on work results.
• Controls expenses to meet financial objectives and improve profitability.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocking, organization, and customer readiness.
• Establishes rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly.
• Analyses daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
