Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail store management.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a client services related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and KPIs.
• Manage store P&L by driving revenue and controlling expenses.
• Implement product and visual merchandising directives to maximize sales.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to HQ and buyers.
• Analyze customer profiles and buying trends to influence business.
• Create in-store events and CRM activity to boost repeat business.
• Support openings, remodels, pop-ups and special events as needed.
• Recruit, train and coach an exceptional client-focused team.
• Oversee scheduling and timecard approval; manage HR tasks.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization; manage back of house.
