Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in store management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly customer service and assist customers.
• Hire/train an Assistant Manager with District Manager approval.
• Train store personnel and supervise scheduling with District approval.
• Manage payroll budget with Assistant Manager guidance.
• Control inventory shrinkage within 2.5% of annual sales; disciplinary actions for higher shrinkage.
• Maintain Shrink Check Test score of 80 or above.
• Enforce company safety policies.
• Coordinate with District Manager and Senior Leadership on issues.
• Oversee pricing and ensure reports/records are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organized displays across all departments.
• Keep District Manager informed of problems or opportunities with equipment or building.
• Monitor fast and slow sellers and direct vendor shipments.
