Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Manager I or II to oversee day-to-day operations at a low- to mid-complexity store in Washington, DC. You will lead a hands-on team, drive sales, model the Purple Promise, and ensure operational excellence while partnering with supervisors on business needs.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage store financials, scheduling and compliance. It offers growth toward higher-volume stores and larger teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or some college preferred.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience (retail, service, hospitality, military) and prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members.
• Coach and teach your team and ensure they have tools to support company goals.
• Collaborate with supervisor to develop solutions for customers, host partnerships and commercial sales.
• Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages customers and supports the FedEx brand.
• Use FedEx Office tools to train, develop, retain and performance manage direct reports.
• Maintain store controls including SOPs, financials, safety and scheduling.
