Qualifications

• Associate degree or some college preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members
• Coach and teach your team and ensure they have the tools and information needed to support company goals and perform their jobs
• Collaborate with supervisor to solve issues for key customers and partnerships
• Deliver an exceptional store experience that engages customers and aligns with the FedEx brand
• Use FedEx Office tools to train, develop, retain and manage direct reports
• Seek guidance from supervisor and elevate issues as needed
• Execute all store operations to exceed financial and customer targets
• Complete daily duties: accounts receivable, inventory, daily sales recaps, deposits
• Own store controls: SOPs, financials, safety, scheduling, compliance
• Use Quality Improvement tools to drive innovation
• Be flexible with schedule based on business needs
• All other duties as required
