Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage store operations.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and drive sales within the store.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and ensuring breaks and meals are compliant.
• Manage inventory, stock, and POS transactions; ensure accuracy and shrink control.
• Promote loyalty programs and promotions to grow guest loyalty.
• Ensure store environment is neat, clean, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Lead and develop associates; ensure onboarding and training.
